Sham’s creative journey kicked off at DDB as an art director, and over 18 years, he’s evolved into the role of Creative Director at TLC Worldwide—leading bold ideas that cut through clutter for local, regional, and global heavyweights like Coke, PepsiCo, JLR, Grab, Mastercard, Johnson & Johnson, Singtel, OCBC, and UOB.

He’s not just an art director turned CD—he’s an integrated creative force, blending strategy and craft across branding, design, digital, tech, and storytelling. Sham thrives on ideas that don’t just fill airtime or space but earn their place and connect deeply across platforms.

His work has racked up recognition at D&AD, Clio, Cannes, Spikes, AdFest, Effie, CCA, and Singapore’s Hall of Fame—proof that great ideas speak louder than words.

Beyond the briefs, Sham has championed emerging talent, judging commercial photographers for Creative Asia+, fueling the next wave of creative storytellers.
